While attending Rollins College, William Moore ('99) (LinkedIn Profile​) and Jay Gaiser ('02) (LinkedIn Profile) recognized a major need for quality off-campus housing geared toward students as well as family friendly spaces. Since graduating they have focused on remodeling and restoring homes close Rollins with the features thy wished they'd had when they were in school.
